Common Areas of the ‘Office Oriente’ Building

Refurbishment of the common areas of the nine storeys of the Office Oriente building, in Parque das Nações, Lisboa, Portugal. Refurbishment – completed.
After 12 years of being a single tenant building, Office Oriente needed to renew itself in order to attract new tenants for recently vacant floors. The refurbishment of all the common areas aims at modernizing its look and freeing the building from the former single tenant mark. It was so successful that all floors were let before the end of the renovation works.
