New beverage and soft drink factory, located in Agbara, Lagos state, Nigeria. New build – under construction.
The project is essentially a huge industrial shed for production and storage, a smaller social hall and several minor support buildings. Feng Shui was also a major driving force behind the design of the whole industrial complex, influencing the chromatic treatment of the façades and several other building elements, in order to maximize the quality of the working environment and attracting good fortune to the venture.
