Pico da Bagacina Town Houses

Single family, double storey townhouses located at the Pico da Bagacina development, Fonte do Bastardo, Praia da Vitória, Terceira island, Azores. New build – completed.
The basaltic lateral faces are extended in order to create protruding opaque plans at the façade’s edges. These, together with the offset of each house’s façade promote the inhabitant’s privacy and create a dynamic and defragmented look of the band of townhouses.
